To create an interface between the Innovation and Incubation Hub Centre of the College and students of the College, a need was felt to create an Innovation Club in College. The members of the club shall act as ambassadors for the various activities of the Innovation centre of the College and make it more functional and vibrant. The members of the club have been assigned different roles in the club for its day-today functioning.

ICSC Innovation Club, student face of Innovation and Incubation Centre, Islamia College conducted its 1st activity to inspire student community of the college by the program titled "SUCCESSFUL FAILURES: HOW LEADERS INNOVATE" on 25th April 2022 from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM The event was conceived by Innovation core members and was also executed under the mentorship of Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Jhat, Convenor ICSC IIC. The Event was Hosted by Ihsaan Basharat want and Farheen Jeelani. The Principal of the College Dr. Sheikh Aijaz Bashir set the tone for the event by highlighting the fact that Innovation and Entrepreneurship was need of the our and current Programme is right step in this direction. The Convenor ICSC IIC Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Jhat welcomed the guests and talked about the need of an Innovation Club by conveying the fact that the need of Innovation Club was created to act as a bridge between the Innovation Centre of the College and students of the College. The members of Innovation club would act as an ambassadors for the activities of the Centre. The speakers included two entrepreneurs Mr. MIR SAQIB MUSHTAQ and Mr. BASAR QARI. Mr. Mir Saqib born in the heart of Srinagar city faced a lot of setbacks and failures. But he never gave up. He talked about how he had no money to even pay his rent. But with the Grace of Allah, he is now Directing 5 companies and is a Nasheed Artist by side line. Mr. Basar Qari started his own company when he was just 16 and presently is a student at NIT Srinagar. He spoke about his experiences and difficulties he faced while establishing "WEB CYCLE". An overwhelming number of students participated in the event and listening curiously from the speakers. They felt hugely benefited by the Programme as they heard inspiring stories of the speakers how they faced different challenges and have turned from failures to successes. Among the speakers were Huzaif and Tarseel who presented their Ideas about Leadership beautifully. The vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Jhat.
